Mike joined Impact in October 2023 as Chief Technical Officer, a member of the management team and a board observer. Mike oversees product development and technical infrastructure, and participates in setting overall company strategy and direction.
Prior to joining Impact, Mike has been a technologist and entrepreneur in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles over the last 30 years. In his early career Mike was a software engineer at Netscape and Symantec, and was a lead engineer at early stage startups in the dot com 1.0 boom. Mike started a product development consultancy in 2000 called Carbon Five, which he led as CEO until being acquired in 2021.
Mike lives in Santa Monica with his wife, two daughters and two kitties - Simba 🐈 and Clay 🐈⬛.
