As Impact’s first executive hire, Dara Eliacin has been instrumental in launching Impact and building its systems and tools from scratch, revolutionizing the way that talent is sourced, material is developed and projects are produced. In 2021, she was named LA Business Journal’s NextGen Woman of the year, while Impact was named the #2 Most Innovative Company in entertainment by Fast Company in 2021, “for exploding the typical Hollywood development system to surface fresh voices”. 

Having worked her way up from Manager of Creative to VP of Creative & Operations to Chief of Staff, and now Head of Product, Dara has been integral to the evolution of the company and its expansion from development to production with the launch of Impact Crew, a global professional network designed to streamline the complex processes necessary to mount and run successful productions, simplifying how crews are hired and productions communicate.   

Prior to Impact, Eliacin worked at FilmNation Entertainment and WME Agency.
